SLURRY LABORATORY

A-Cru has developed state of the art facilities in O’Connor to meet all the testing requirements for slurry piping systems. From slurry preparation, through to thickening, and pipe loop testing.

Being able to produce the necessary test work from crushing, grinding, processing (flotation, CCD, etc.) up to tailings thickening, filtration and rheology test work – within the same slurry laboratory – is a key and unique feature of our business.

Rheology test work is a critical component of the slurry engineering process and conducted to increase the accuracy of a design as a project develops from concept to detailed stages.

A-Cru engineers and technicians are available to travel to perform on-site test work and mobilise our pilot thickener units when required.
